Permission to use is limited by each specific request, requestor, and designated use. Permission is not transferable.
To request permission, please click below on the appropriate link for the trademark you wish to use. Permission must be requested in writing by completing the "Trademark Permission Request Form" and clicking the submit button once the form is complete.
Once the request has been evaluated by appropriate staff, you will receive an email from us for you to agree to the permission terms using Docusign. It is very important to ensure your email address is correct.
Permission requests are handled in the order that they are received. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks to process your request. Should we need to contact you for clarification, this will reset the process clock.
